  Keith Biglow has a very charismatic personality, and services that I have attended under his direction have gone well.
  
  The Gaines family had their own personal experience in Feb. 2016 when our beloved mother Josephine Gaines went to be with the Lord. The only professional photographs of our mother was entrusted to the funeral home and they have no knowledge as to what happen to them. A treasure to us but meaningless to the staff.
  
  I spoke with a lady who was going to do some research and call me back the NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY never came. I called her back a week later and she said, "I was doing you a favor by looking for the pictures." That made me sad. That was not a favor but her job, and the right thing to do. We entrusted our mother, and all personal possessions to the staff, and I will not see Keith Biglow's Funeral Home the same. However; Keith the owner is a good man.
  
  I must forgive, and charge it to human error, but I despise it when people won't accept accountability/responsibility, and say we made a mistake. I never even got an apology.
